PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method of small jelly fish, capable of cutting a small size jelly fish which does not meet the required standards so as to become first class to second class product, with a simple guillotine cut at least according to optional desired width.SOLUTION: A circular shaped jelly fish is folded into four pieces, along fold lines passing a center, and one side of two layers of the jelly fish which is folded into four pieces, is cut from an outer peripheral end part to the center, and the cut jelly fish which is folded into four pieces is further folded at fold lines passing the center for folding the jelly fish into eight pieces, then the jelly fish which is folded into eight pieces is cut by guillotine cut into plural streams by optional width in a lateral direction. The method can satisfy desire of a producer and a person who requires, in consideration of resource exhaustion, and by the guillotine cut, the jelly fish can be cut into optional width in a range of 2-8 mm, thereby a range of how to cook of a cook becomes wider.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】等外品の小型クラゲを、単純なギロチンカットで、少なくとも、任意の要望幅に合わせて1級品~2級品程度にカットできる小型クラゲのカット方法を提供する。【解決手段】円形状のクラゲを中心を通る折り畳み線に沿って四つ折りにし、該四つ折りにした2枚重ねの1つの辺を外周端部から中心まで切り離し、該切り離した四つ折りクラゲをさらに中心を通る折り畳み線で折り畳んで八つ折りにし、該八つ折りにしたクラゲを横方向に任意の幅で複数条にギロチンカットするカット方法。資源枯渇の状況からして、生産者および需用者の要望に添うことができ、ギロチンカットにより2~8mm程度の範囲内で任意の幅にカットすることができるのであり、それによって料理人による料理の幅が広がるのである。【選択図】図3
