The invention relates to the field of medicine and tissue engineering, and may be used in cardiovascular surgery when performing reconstructive vascular surgery. Proposed is a tissue-engineering biodegradable vascular implant made of biodegradable polymers via an electrospinning method, with a layer-by-layer introduction, into a vascular wall, of biologically active molecules such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and a chemoattractant molecule (SDF-1α). A polymer composition consists in a mixture of PGBV/PCL at a ratio of 1:2, and is dissolved in chloroform to a concentration of 5% PHBV and 10% PCL. A biodegradable graft is obtained by mixing the polymer solution with a water fraction of differentiation molecules to a final concentration of the latter of between 12.5 and 500 ng per 1 ml of solution. Electrospinning is performed, during 1/3 of the total time for electroforming a graft, using a formulation containing the polymer composition with VEGF molecules, and, during 2/3 of the time, using the polymer solution with a water fraction of the biologically active molecules bFGF and SDF-1a. A tissue-engineering graft prepared in this way corresponds to the layered structure of the vascular wall of a living organism, and the vitality and functional activity of the biologically active components is maintained until the degradation term of the polymer matrix is reached.
