PURPOSE: A kit for generation of a tissue or an organ which includes a growth factor, a shield, and a scaffold is provided to replace the transplantation of a tissue composite or the organ, a heterologous tissue or the organ, and an autologous tissue or the organ, without any side effects such as tissue loss on a normal spot and limitation on motility and functionality in loss regeneration of the tissue or the organ. CONSTITUTION: A kit for generation of a tissue or an organ comprises three factors which includes a growth factor, a shield, and a scaffold. The growth factor is composed with the scaffold with the shield contained； with a shield with the scaffold contained； or is composed by being contained respectively in the scaffold and the shield. The shield is composed with one layer, or multiple layers in the range of two through five layers. The shield is a film with pores or a sheet without any pores. The kit uses a reinforcement layer to enhance strength of the shield. The scaffold material is a material which is composed of a biodegradable polymer of PCL, PLA, PLGA, and PGA； a natural polymer material of chitosan, alginic acid, collagen, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, glucosamine, and cellulose ； the composite material thereof； and a material which is selected from a group which is composed of synthetic bone, ABG, xenogeneic bone, demineralized bone or dermal origin true skin.본 발명은 성장인자, 차폐막 및 스케폴드의 3요소로 구성된 조직 또는 기관 재생용 키트를 제공하는 것이며, 인간 및 동물의 결손된 조직 또는 기관을 본 발명의 성장인자, 스케폴드 및 차폐막의 3 요소로 구성된 키트를 이용하여 정상적 조직 또는 기관으로 재생할 수 있다. 특히 한 부위의 결손뿐만 아니라 다중 또는 복합결손된 경우에 더욱 바람직하다. 따라서 물리적, 화학적 조직 또는 기관손상이나 염증이나 종양등과 같은 질환으로 인한 조직 또는 기관 결손의 재생에 있어서, 다른 정상부위의 조직 결손이나 운동성 및 기능성 제약의 부작용이 없이, 합성조직 또는 기관, 이종조직 또는 기관 및 자가 조직 또는 기관의 이식을 대체시킬 수 있는 획기적인 키트이다.
