A speech valve (10) connected to a breathing port (101) of a tracheostomy tube (100) is provided with a passage portion (13) leading to the breathing opening and a contracted state in which the passage portion is opened and the passage portion is opened. The balloon 14 deforms to an inflated state in which at least a part of the passage portion is closed so as to prevent the discharge of exhaled air, and supply or stop is switched according to the operation of the operation portion, and air is continuously supplied to the balloon at the time of supply.
