The passion fruit seed extract is preferably an extract extracted from a passion fruit seed with a polar solvent. And the seed extract is preferred to contain 0.0005-30 mass% of piceatannol derived from the passion fruit seed in the solid content, and is preferred to contain 0.0001-20 mass% of scirpusin B derived from the seed extract in the solid content.
