PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collector free from the traditional concern that a broken piece of a sealing material may block a blood flow passage of a tube, a broken sealing material chip may be produced, etc. and applicable without changing the structure of a conventional blood collector.
SOLUTION: In the blood collector (10), a branch tube (14a) is arranged halfway a blood collection tube (T1), connected with an initial blood flow introduction tube (T2) for removing the initial blood flow collected by the branch tube (14a). A Y-shaped communicating tube (4) is arranged halfway a blood collection tube (T1) located between the branch tube (14a) and a blood collection bag (12). The Y-shaped communicating tube (4) includes a main body (4H) and a side tube (4S). A ceiling part (9c) is molded at the end of the main body (4H) on the side of the blood collection bag (12). Within the main body (4H), a communicating member (3) comprising a fixed part (5) and a break part (6) is formed via an open part (7), and a fixed groove (8) is formed at the ceiling part (9c).
