PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary implement which enables a male screw piece remaining inside a female screw of a dental implant to be efficiently removed while suppressing damage to the female screw.SOLUTION: The auxiliary implement is formed by providing a support part 2 on the proximal end part of a guide pipe part 1 so as to be projected to the side from the body outer peripheral surface of the proximal end part. The guide pipe part 1 has such an outer diameter and a length that it can be inserted into a target female screw, and has such an inner diameter that a bar of a dental drill device can be inserted.
