In the present invention, provided is an implant for fixing spines, comprising a screw implanted in the spine； a housing which supports the upper end part of the screw and accordingly enables the upper end part to rotate in a certain angle； a connector which mutually connects the upper end part of the screw to the lower end part of the housing； a bar-shaped rod which is penetrated into a hollow part of the housing corresponding to the upper side of the connector and is accordingly inserted； a set screw which is connected to the upper end part of the housing so that the rod is not separated from the hollow part of the housing； and a saddle which is elastically inserted into the lower side of the set screw to freely rotate and touches surface on the outer circumference of the rod (140) when the set screw connects the housing in a screw connection wherein the screw has an external screw shaft which is extended from a head hung on the lower end part of the housing, and the shaft has a single screw part with an L length as a whole which is extended along with the length (L0) of a first shaft extended from the lower end part to the head and a triple screw part which is adjacent to the single screw part and is extended along with the length (L1) of a second shaft toward the head.본 발명에 의하면, 척추에 식립되는 스크류； 상기 스크류의 상단부를 소정 각도 회전 가능하게 지지하는 하우징； 상기 하우징의 하단부에 스크류의 상단부가 상호간 연결되도록 하는 컨넥터； 상기 컨넥터의 상측부에 해당되는 하우징의 중공부를 관통 삽입되는 막대 형상의 로드； 상기 로드가 하우징의 중공부로부터 이탈되지 않도록 하우징의 상단부로부터 체결되는 셋스크류； 및 상기 셋스크류의 하측에 자유 회전이 가능하도록 탄성 삽입되어 셋스크류가 하우징에 나사 결합시 로드(140)의 외주연에 면접촉되는 새들을 포함하며, 상기 스크류는, 하우징의 하단부에 걸림된 상태를 가지는 헤드로부터 연장되는 수나사형의 샤프트로 구성되며, 상기 샤프트는, 전체 길이 L을 가지고 하측단부로부터 헤드를 향하여 연장되는 제1샤프트 길이 L0을 따라 연장되는 싱글 나사부와； 상기 싱글 나사부에 인접하여 헤드를 향하여 제2샤프트 길이 L1을 따라 연장되는 트리플 나사부를 포함하는 척추 고정용 임플란트가 제공된다.
