The present invention relates to a rotary transfer device including a partially replaceable scraper, and a circular baler having the rotary transfer device attached thereto, and more specifically, to a rotary transfer device including a partially replaceable scraper which is capable of increasing efficiency of using the rotary transfer device and workability of the baler by improving a scraper structure of the rotary transfer device to prevent a phenomenon that an operation is congested due to the crops that are jammed or caught in the rotary transfer device while fodder crops collected into the circular baler are being transferred into a chamber through the rotary transfer device, enabling the scraper to be partially replaced, and increasing strength of the scraper, and a circular baler having the rotary transfer device attached thereto.본 발명은 부분 교체가 가능한 스크래퍼를 구비한 회전이송장치 및 이를 부착한 원형베일러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원형 베일러 내부로 수거된 사료작물이 회전이송장치를 거쳐 챔버 내부로 압송되는 도중에 회전이송장치에 작물이 끼이거나 걸려서 작업이 정체되는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 회전이송장치의 스크래퍼 구조를 개선하되, 스크래퍼를 부분적으로 교체할 수 있도록 하고 강도를 증가시켜 회전이송장치의 장치사용 효율 및 베일러 작업성을 높일 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 교체가 가능한 스크래퍼를 구비한 회전이송장치 및 이를 부착한 원형베일러에 관한 것이다.
