PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic treatment implement for an endoscope, by which a rolled protective sheet is drawn out and is set in a spread state and the sheet is accurately adhered to a wound part.SOLUTION: The hemostatic treatment implement for the endoscope 10 includes an outer sheath 51, an inner sheath 52 to be inserted into the outer sheath 51, a first linear member 53 fixed to the tip end of the inner sheath 52, a second linear member 54 inserted through the inner sheath 52, and an operation part 55 provided to the proximal end side of the outer sheath 51. The outer sheath 51 is formed to have an outer diameter which can be inserted in the forceps channel of the endoscope. Around the first linear member 53, a protective sheet 56 for carrying out hemostasis of the wound part in a body is wound in a roll shape. To the tip end part of the second linear member 54, one end of the protective sheet 56 wound around the first linear member 53 is fixed. When the operation part 55 is operated to pull the second linear member 54, the second linear member 54 is separated from the one end of the protective sheet 56 to enable positioning and attachment of the end edge of the protective sheet 56 to the periphery of the wound part.
