PURPOSE: A plant factory system is provided to control the temperature of the outer skin by replacing plate glass of an outer cover structure with polycarbonate plates and by flowing in temperature-controlled air between the plates. CONSTITUTION: An outer skin unit(115) constitutes the side of a cell part, which comprises the upper-side and the lower-side in a polygonal shape, and the side connecting the upper-side and the lower-side. The outer skin unit includes an outer plate(115b) in the outer side and an inner plate(115a) in the inner side, which consist of plastic sheets arranged with a fixed interval. Air circulates between the outer and inner plates. The outer and inner plates are attached to the side of the cell part in a lattice shape. A water supply tool supplies water to the upper part of the external skin, and streams the water down to the lower part of the external skin through the outer side of the external skin. A guide(117) is arranged outside of the outer plate, and guides the water streaming down from the water supply tool to the lower part. A drain pan receives the water streaming down which is guided by the guide. The fixed interval between the outer and inner plates is secured by a spacer(116a). A guide diaphragm(116b) divides the space between the outer and inner plates. A first air pipe(116c) has a first air hole and a second air hole in the outer side and the inner side of the external skin respectively. A second air pipe(116d) has a third air hole and a fourth air hole in the outer side and the inner side of the external skin respectively. A flow meter(116g) measures the air flow.
