These supporting means (5) comprise motor-driven articulated means configured for adjusting the height of the stretcher (B) with respect to the surface. The frame (1) comprises a legible storage support (10) and detection means (11) designed to detect a plurality of measurements indicating operating parameters of the frame (1). The legible storage support (10) is operatively associated with the detection means (11) and is programmed for storing the plurality of measurements to allow a subsequent diagnosis.
