PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher capable of heightening efficiency of a treatment, by securing a space where a thing necessary for the treatment is placed by widening a bed cushion on the patient head side.SOLUTION: In a stretcher including a travelable leg part 1, a bed part 2 for laying a patient thereon, a lifting device 3 attached to the leg part 1 so that the bed part 2 can be moved up and down, and side fences 6 arranged on both sides of the bed part 2, for preventing fall of the patient, a head side 4a of the bed part 2 is projected furthermore in the width direction than the other part 4b so as to be approximately the same as or slightly narrower than a width including the side fences 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】患者頭側の寝台クッションを広くすることで治療に必要なものを置くスペースを確保し、治療の効率化を図るストレッチャを提供する。【解決手段】走行可能な脚部１と、患者を乗せる寝台部２と、脚部１に対して寝台部２を昇降可能に取り付ける昇降装置３と、寝台部２の両側に配置され患者の落下を防ぐサイドフェンス６を備えるストレッチャにおいて、寝台部２の頭部側４ａが、その他の部分４ｂよりも幅方向にはみ出て、サイドフェンス６を含めた幅とほぼ同じかあるいはそれよりも僅かに狭いものとされている。【選択図】図１
