A portable interdental brush according to the present invention includes: a cleaning solution tube accommodated therein with a cleaning solution for easy carry-out, formed at an upper part thereof with an assembling protrusion from which the cleaning solution is discharged, formed at a lower part thereof with an inject hole into which the cleaning solution is filled, and attached thereto with an inject hole cover to close the inject hole after an injection and a brush body formed at a lower part with an assembling hole into which the assembling protrusion of the cleaning solution tube is inserted, assembled with the assembling protrusion of the cleaning solution tube, and fixed to an upper part thereof with a brush fixing portion. Upon being used, the cleaning solution tube is rotated to be opened, so that the portable interdental brush is comfortably used without wobbling of the brush body fixed thereto with the brush even though the portable interdental brush is used in a state that the cleaning solution tube is pushed to discharge the cleaning solution. After being used, the cleaning solution is blocked from being discharged when the cleaning solution tube is rotated in the reverse direction, thereby easily controlling the discharge of the cleaning solution.
