PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a desired range of pixel value for the period of retention time input by an operator when imaging a subject to be imaged.SOLUTION: An injection device 2 includes: a generator 23 for generating an injection protocol of a contrast medium that maintains a predetermined range of pixel value for the period of predetermined retention time at an imaged portion of a subject an input part 26 for inputting at least one of the pixel value and the retention time and an injection head 21 for injecting the contrast medium. The generator 23 includes: an image information acquiring unit 12 for acquiring information of the imaged portion a subject information acquiring unit 13 for acquiring information of the subject an image condition acquiring unit 14 for acquiring at least one of information of the pixel value or the retention time via the input part 26 and a protocol generating unit 16 for generating an injection protocol based on the acquired pixel value or the acquired retention time.
