This simulator comprises: a medicinal fluid information acquisition unit that acquires a contrast medium amount; a target value acquisition unit that acquires a target duration time of a target pixel value; a protocol acquisition unit that acquires an injection protocol of the contrast medium; and a prediction unit that, on the basis of the injection protocol and the contrast medium amount, simulates a change over time of a pixel value of tissue of a subject to obtain a predicted duration time.
