PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detection device improving the fit to a wrist, facilitating the mounting, and capable of highly accurately detecting pulse waves, a biological information measuring apparatus including the pulse wave detection device, and a mounting assist member for use in the pulse wave detection device.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring apparatus 100 used with it mounted on a wrist of a measuring object person, includes: a housing 20 including a pulse wave detection part 22； a belt-like band 40 for fixing the housing 20 to a wrist W； and a mounting assist member 30 attachably/detachably configured with respect to the band 40.
