This invention provides an adhesive strip with non-adhesive band, including a substrate body and a non-adhesive band. The substrate body has an adhesive first surface and a second surface. The non-adhesive band is across the first surface of the substrate body to divide the first surface into an upper adhesive part and a lower adhesive part. The non-adhesive band is configured to conform to the substrate body, and having a height larger than that of a user’s lips when the user’s mouth is closed.
