PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cosmetics which sets skin flexibly and smoothly, and enhances barrier functions of skin.SOLUTION: This emulsified composition including γlinolenic acid-containing oil, an oil-soluble N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid ester, sugar ceramide, phospholipid and water phase solves the problem effectively. The γlinolenic acid-containing oil is obtained by extracting plant seeds of borage, evening primrose and saxifraga microorganisms of genera Cunninghamella, Mortierella and Mucor and algae of genus Spirulina. The oil-soluble N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid ester is a diester such as N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid di(cholesteryl octyldodecyl), N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid di(phytosteryl 2-octyldodecyl), N-lauroyl-L-glutamic acid di(phytosteryl behenyl 2-octyldodecyl) etc. It is more effective that emulsification is performed at 30 MPa or above.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は肌を柔軟に、なめらかに整え、皮膚のバリア機能を高める化粧品剤を得ることにある。【解決手段】γリノレン酸を含む油と、油溶性N-長鎖アシル酸性アミノ酸エステルと、糖セラミドと、リン脂質と、水相を含む乳化組成物が本課題を有効的に解決する。さらにはγリノレン酸を含む油が、ボラージ、月見草、ユキノシタの植物種子、カニンガメラ属、モルティエレラ属、ムコール属の微生物、スピルリナ属の藻類から抽出した油であり、油溶性N-長鎖アシル酸性アミノ酸エステルがN-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(コレステリル・オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・2-オクチルドデシル)、N-ラウロイル-L-グルタミン酸ジ(フィトステリル・ベヘニル・2-オクチルドデシル)等のジエステルであり、乳化の処理を30MPa以上で行った場合にさらに効果的である。【選択図】なし
