PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic measurement system capable of accurately measuring a magnetic field being a measurement object even when a large external magnetic field exists with respect to a weak magnetic field being the measurement object.SOLUTION: A magnetic measurement system 1 comprises: a cardiac magnetic sensor 10 measuring a first magnetic field and a second magnetic field； a noise magnetic sensor 30 measuring the second magnetic field； and a magnetic measuring device 2 calculating an approximate value of the second magnetic field in the cardiac magnetic sensor 10 by using a measured value of the noise magnetic sensor 30 and a multi-variable polynomial expression.
