PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical appliance that improves removal of a clot and the like by a suction operation.SOLUTION: A medical appliance 100 according to the present invention has a long tubular element 10 comprising a lumen L1 into which the guide wire can be inserted.
