PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that improves air permeability while used.SOLUTION: There are provided: a liquid-impermeable back sheet a liquid-permeable top sheet 19 positioned nearer on the skin side than the back sheet and an absorber 18 positioned between the top sheet 19 and the back sheet. The top sheet 19 is provided with a rear side sheet element 21 and a surface side sheet element 26.
