PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop transmission of driving to a planting part reliably when operation to turn off planting is performed.SOLUTION: In a clutch mechanism 101, when an operation member 17 is operated to a side cutting off transmission, a first cut-off part to transmit 121 contacts a first cut-off part to be transmitted 104d arranged in a member to be transmitted 104, thereby transmission cut off, and a second cut-off part to transmit 122 contacts a second cut-off part to be transmitted 104b, thereby the member to be transmitted 104 moved to a position to be transmitted more reliably.
