PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter assembly having high safety and capable of discharging contrast medium to both of ventriculography and coronary angiography.SOLUTION: An outer catheter 20 includes: a distal-end outer opening part 42 in which a first lumen 41 is opened, formed at a distal end and a lateral-face outer opening part 43 in which the first lumen 41 is opened, formed at a lateral face. An inner catheter 30 includes: a distal-end inner opening part 72 in which a second lumen 71 is opened, formed at a distal end and a lateral-face inner opening part 73 in which the second lumen 71 is opened, formed at a lateral face.
