The cutoff lines 2A and 2B define one set of wristband formation areas 3A and 3B to make the wristbands for adults and children. A printer 7 decides wristband forming areas in which personal information is printed, on the basis of the number and content of the personal information included in a printing instruction, on the premise of the layout of the wristband formation areas 3A and 3B, and sets printing data.
