PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut rice cake one bite of which can be easily cut off, thereby preventing it from sticking in a gullet, solving the problem of a child and particularly an aged person, missing teeth and the like conventionally lead to the reduction of biting strength and swallowing power (power to swallow food), and a bolus can stick to trachea and bronchium, often causing suffocation accidents.SOLUTION: The is provided the cut rice cake in which one or a plurality of holes 4 that penetrate the cut rice cake 100 from the top surface 1 to the under surface 2 are formed and arranged in a longitudinal direction between a long side 3A and an opposing long side 3B.
