The ceramic cinerary urn is composed of a main body which has an open top surface and receives ashes and a cover part which opens and closes the top surface of the main body. The cover part includes: a cover frame which is coupled to the main body and has a common cover shape having an open bottom surface coconut-based activated carbon received in the inner space of the cover frame an activated carbon fixing plate which is located under the coconut-based activated carbon and supports the coconut-based activated carbon and a ring body which is pressed to the cover frame and fixes the activated carbon fixing plate. The coconut-based activated carbon is stored in a nonwoven fabric bag to be used. Multiple air holes are formed in the activated carbon fixing plate in the direction of the main body.
