PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying livestock excrement-based compost is provided to increase drying efficiency by reducing the time required for drying livestock excrement-based compost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying livestock excrement-based compost includes a covering unit(10), a first conveyor belt(20), an air blower(16), a second conveyor belt(30), and a sterilizing unit(14). The covering unit includes an outlet, a suction unit(12), and a deodorization tower(11). Moisture from fermented compost(1) is discharged through the outlet. The suction unit sucks bad odor when the fermented compost is dried and sterilized. The deodorization tower electrolyzes the sucked bad odor. The first conveyor belt is installed in the covering unit and transfers the fermented compost loaded on a net-shaped first compost loading unit(22). The air blower is installed at the upper side of the first conveyor belt and dries the fermented compost. The second conveyor belt transfers the dried fermented compost. The sterilizing unit is installed at the upper side of the second conveyor belt and sterilizes the dried compost transferred by the second conveyor belt.본 발명은 가축분뇨 퇴비 건조장치에 관한 것이다.종래에는 발효된 가축분뇨 퇴비를 건조하는 데 많은 시간이 걸리는 문제가 있었다.이를 해결하기 위해, 가축분뇨 퇴비의 건조 시간을 줄여 건조 효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 건조 시 발생 되는 악취를 제거하고, 가축분뇨 퇴비의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 가축분뇨 퇴비 건조장치를 제공하고자 한다.상술한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은 하부에 발효 퇴비(1)에 포함된 수분을 배출하는 배수구가 형성되고, 상측에는 상기 발효 퇴비(1)의 건조 및 살균 시 발생 되는 악취를 흡입하는 흡입기(12)와 상기 흡입기(12)를 통해 흡입된 악취를 전기분해시켜 제거하는 악취탑(11)이 설치된 커버체(10)； 상기 커버체(10)의 내측에 설치되고, 상기 발효 퇴비(1)에 함유된 수분이 빠지도록 망으로 이루어진 제 1 퇴비 안착부(22)에 안착 되는 상기 발효 퇴비(1)를 이송시키는 제 1 컨베이어벨트(20)； 상기 제 1 컨베이어벨트(20)의 상부에 설치되어 상기 제 1 컨베이어벨트(20)에 의해 이송되는 발효 퇴비(1)의 건조를 위해 바람을 제공하는 송풍기(16)； 상기 제 1 컨베이어벨트(20)에서 건조된 발효 퇴비(1)를 전달받아 이송시키는 제 2 컨베이어벨트(30)； 및 상기 제 2 컨베이어벨트(30)를 통해 이송되는 건조 퇴비를 살균시키기 위해 상기 제 2 컨베이어벨트(30)의 상부에 설치된 살균수단(14)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
