The present invention relates to a patient position adjustment apparatus of a radiation therapy apparatus. More specifically, the patient position adjustment apparatus of a radiation therapy apparatus uses winding and unwinding of cables and rotation of a patient bed for laying a patient thereon to adjust the patient position on the irradiation area of the radiation therapy apparatus in a limited space in a broad or fine scale. Accordingly, the patient position adjustment apparatus includes: a frame including a structure for configuring a space and installing a radiation irradiating device of the radiation therapy apparatus thereon； an end effector arranged in the space formed by the frame and fixes a patient therein； a power generation unit generating power in normal or reverse directions； and a cable which is connected between the power generation unit and the end effector after passing through the frame and varies the location of the end effector with the length change in the normal or reverse directions by using the power from the power generation unit. The end effector includes: a rotation guide, which is connected to the cable and is provided with a rotary space； and a patient bed, which is rotated around the periphery of the rotary space of the rotation guide and arranges a space for the patient to recline.본 발명은 방사선 치료 장비의 환자 위치 조정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 케이블의 풀림과 감김 및 환자가 누운 환자베드의 회전을 이용해 한정된 공간에서도 방사선 치료 장비의 조사 영역에 대한 환자의 위치가 광범위하고 세밀하게 조절될 수 있도록 한 방사선 치료 장비의 환자 위치 조정 장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해,공간을 구성하며, 방사선 치료 장비의 방사선 조사장치가 설치되는 구조물을 포함하는 프레임；상기 프레임이 형성하는 공간에 배치되고, 환자가 고정되는 엔드이펙터；정,역 방향으로 동력을 발생하는 동력발생부；상기 프레임을 거쳐 동력발생부와 엔드이펙터 사이에 연결되며, 동력발생부의 동력에 의해 정,역 방향으로 길이 변화가 발생하면서 엔드이펙터의 위치를 가변시키는 케이블:을 포함하되, 상기 엔드이펙터는, 케이블에 연결되며, 회전 공간이 제공되는 회전가이드；상기 회전가이드의 회전공간 둘레를 따라 회전되며, 환자가 누울 수 있는 공간이 마련된 환자베드:를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 치료 장비의 환자 위치 조정 장치를 제공한다.
