PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide identification method for species useful for identification, appraisal, classification etc.SOLUTION: DNA obtained from sample is uses as template. DNA region coding amino acid sequence sandwiched by 2 regions preserved in development process at C terminus region in maximum subunit of RNA polymerase I is amplified with primers generated on the basis of nucleic acid sequences respectively coding the 2 regions. Amino acid sequence coded by nucleic acid sequence in the generated amplicon. Determined amino acid sequence is compared with amino acid sequence of eukaryote PolA1 gene registered on computer database to identify eukaryote specie included in the sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None
