PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition of solid granule containing risedronic acid of high content is provided to reduce mixing uniformity of a formulation and to reduce drug side effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating osteoporosis contains dry granules containing risedronic acid and an outer phase containing vitamin D. The particle size and density of the granules is 30-80 meshes and 0.5-0.9g/mL, respectively. The vitamin D is cholecalciferol concentrate powder form. The composition is a general tablet, coated tablet, multilayer tablet, multi-coated tablet, or capsule. A method for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition for treating osteoporosis comprises: a step of preparing the dry granules containing risedronic acid, physiologically acceptable salt thereof, or hydride； and a step of mixing the outer phase.본 발명은 고함량 리세드론산 함유 고형과립 약학조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 활성성분인 리세드론산, 또는 이의 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염 또는 수화물을 함유하는 건식과립, 및 비타민 D를 함유하는 외부상을 포함하는 고함량 리세드론산 함유 골다공증 치료용 약학조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 리세드론산을 포함하는 고형과립의 밀도 및 입도 등의 물성을 개선하여 또 다른 주성분인 비타민 D와의 상호간 물성차이를 줄임으로써, 제제 내의 혼합균일성 개선 및 제제간 편차에 따른 약물 부작용을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
