Disclosed are a dredging related to nascent oxygen, and an oxygen-supplying system, including a first siphon, a first ignition device, a water pump and a water tank. The first siphon is used to inhale outside air from a first air inlet and then make the air flow out of the first air outlet. The first ignition device is installed near the first air outlet of the first siphon and used to receive the air coming from the first air outlet of the first siphon, and then generates a spark to generate nascent oxygen out of the air. The water pump is used to pump the aquaculture water from the water inlet and make the aquaculture water flow out of the water outlet so as to mix with the nascent oxygen generated by the first ignition device into high oxygen-containing aquaculture water. The high oxygen-containing aquaculture water flows into the receiving space of the water tank via the tank inlet of the water tank.
