PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having an excellent effect for masking roughness of a skin surface.SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains at least: spherical composite resin powder obtained by carrying a titanium oxide fine particle and a cerium oxide fine particle in this order to the surface of the resin powder and a skin adhesion polymer selected from the group consisting of an extract of oat grain, an extract of cork oak bark, a xanthan gum cross polymer, an extract of almond, sorghum stalk juice, oligosaccharide derived from chicory root, and a mixture thereof.
