PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument base structure which dispenses with bringing down a base with the whole medical instrument when a caster is repaired or the like, and which dispenses with replacement of the whole base when a corner of the base is broken.SOLUTION: Since the installing part of a caster 18 can be exposed to the outside while a base 3 is in the state of a normal use, the caster 18 can be repaired or the like as it is while the base 3 is not brought down with the whole of a medical instrument 1.
