PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure manometer in which an adjustment of depressurizing speed in a depressurizing process is easy.SOLUTION: A blood pressure manometer 1 can measure a blood pressure while decreasing an internal pressure of a cuff 2 after increasing the internal pressure.
