PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like object manufacturing method for manufacturing a needle-like object restrained from brittle fracture and shape deformation.
SOLUTION: In the needle-like object manufacturing method, the needle-like object can be manufactured whose the sharp-pointed part of needle-like object shape is higher in the degree of crystallinity than a root section of the needle-like object shape, by using a crystalline polymer as a molding material and maintaining the molding material filled in the of the needle-like object shape at higher temperature than the molding material filled in the root part of the needle-like object shape in heat treatment. Since the degree of crystallinity of the sharp-pointed part is made relatively large compared with the root part to provide the needle-like object high in puncture performance because of high rigidity of the tip part and restrained from brittle fracture because of flexibility of the root part.
