PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal operation jig that can easily remove a medical screw from a screwed bone fracture part.SOLUTION: An outer cylindrical part 30 is inserted into an inner cylindrical part 20 from the outside, and used while an internal thread part 31 is screwed into an external thread part 24. The outer cylindrical part 30 is rotated in a clockwise direction, and thereby the external thread part 24 is screwed to the internal thread part 31. When the outer cylindrical part 30 is screwed, the lower end of the outer cylindrical part 30 descends downward while abutting the outside of locking arms 22, and the locking arms 22 warped outward are gradually narrowed inside from the outer cylindrical part 30. When the removal operation jig 10 is pressed down from the upper part toward the head of the screw, locking claws 23 are made to slide according to the shape of the head of a hemisphere shape, and are guided in a groove part via a guide part while the locking arms 22 having elasticity are bent outside. When the locking claws 23 are pushed down till the last, the locking claws 23 enter the locked parts being flat in the perpendicular direction from the groove part of the back side of the head, and are locked thereto.【課題】捩じ込んだ骨折部位から医療用スクリューを容易に抜去する。【解決手段】内筒部20に外筒部30を外側から挿入し、外ねじ部24に内ねじ部31を螺合した状態で使用し、外筒部30を時計方向に回転させることで、内ねじ部31に外ねじ部24が螺合する。外筒部30を捩じ込んでゆくと、外筒部30の下端部は係止アーム22の外側に当接しながら下方に降下し、外側に反っていた係止アーム22は外筒部30より徐々に内側にすぼめられてゆく。抜去操作治具10をスクリューの頭部に向けて上方から押し込むと、係止爪23が半球形状の頭部の形状に従って摺動し、弾性を有する係止アーム22を外側に曲げながら案内部を経て溝部内に誘導される。最後まで係止爪23を押し込むと、係止爪23が頭部の裏側の溝部から直交方向に平坦部とされた被係止部に入り込んで係止される。【選択図】図2
