PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical screw capable of being easily removed from a fracture portion to which the medical screw is screwed.SOLUTION: A medical screw 11 includes: a hollow part 11f formed along a center axis of the medical screw from a head 11d to an outer edge and a reverse inner screw part 11g located on an inner side of a tip of the hollow part 11f and carved in a reverse screw direction to a screw part 11b in a tip part 11a. When removing the medical screw, a reverse outer screw part 13a provided in a front edge of a removal operation jig 13 in a rod shape is screwed into the reverse inner screw part 11g by rotation in a reverse direction to a screw direction of the screw part 11b, thereby the screw 11 and the removal operation jig 13 are integrated.
