PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic in a two-phase separated W/O emulsion form that has a low viscosity and exhibits excellent serviceability.SOLUTION: The cosmetic in a two-phase separated W/O emulsion form containing 55-70 mass% of water comprises (A) an acrylic resin spherical powder and (B) a powder exhibiting an ultraviolet ray-protecting action, and is preferably used as an ultraviolet-protecting cosmetic.
