PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oily cosmetics that have good redispersibility of powders and have excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance, while being oily cosmetics with low viscosity, and that can be easily wash off using an alkaline cleansing agent such as soap, despite enabling a long lasting makeup.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an oily cosmetic containing the following (A)-(C): (A) siloxane based oil solution, (B) metal oxide powder coated on its surface with the salt of alkyl acrylate copolymer, and (C) an oil gelling agent.
