PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground work implement-supporting device in which an energizing tool is compactly arranged approximately along a support frame and which can efficiently transmit the energizing force of the energizing tool to the ground work implement.SOLUTION: The ground work implement 4 is upward or downward pivotally supported by the rear support frame 2 of a working machine K, and a rotation assist mechanism 6 for reducing a force for upward biasing and lifting the ground work implement 4 has an arm 9 for integrally rotating with the ground work implement 4, an interlocking link 11 pivotally supported by the arm 9, a swingable member 14 pivotally supported by the interlocking link 11 at an action shaft 12 and pivotally supported by the support frame 2 at the support shaft 13, and a biasing tool 7 pivotally supported by the swingable member 14 at a force shaft 15. The action shaft 12 is moved in the rear and lower direction by the extension of the biasing tool 7 to rotate the ground work implement 4 from a work position A to a non-work position B.
