Compositions and methods for the delivery of therapeutics to a cell or subject using polymer micelles. The micelle comprises at least one block copolymer comprising an ionically charged polymeric segment and a non-ionically charged polymeric segment, wherein the ionically charged polymeric segment is grafted with hydrophobic moieties. The hydrophobized ionically charged polymeric segment forms the core of the micelle and the non-ionic ally charged polymeric segment is hydrophilic and forms the shell of the micelle. For stability, the core of the micelle is cross-linked. The micelle further comprises at least one bioactive agent such as a therapeutic agent or a chemotherapeutic agent.La présente invention concerne des compositions et procédés pour ladministration dagents thérapeutiques à une cellule ou un sujet au moyen de micelles polymères. La micelle comporte au moins un copolymère bloc comprenant un segment polymérique à charge ionique et un segment polymérique sans charge ionique, le segment polymérique à charge ionique étant greffé avec des groupes hydrophobes. Le segment polymérique à charge ionique rendu hydrophobe forme le noyau de la micelle et le segment polymérique sans charge ionique est hydrophile et forme lenveloppe de la micelle. Le noyau de la micelle est réticulé pour assurer la stabilité. La micelle comporte également au moins un agent bioactif tel quun agent thérapeutique ou un agent chimio-thérapeutique.
