PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap which excels in adhesion of a rubber plug to an outer frame body which holds the peripheral part by the inner wall, does not have the position gap of the rubber plug and the outer frame body by pincushion, and is excellent in the insurance of sealing performance, its manufacturing method, and a medical container equipped with the medical cap.
SOLUTION: In the medical cap which has the outer frame body equipped with both a bottom frame part, which holds the rubber plug and the peripheral part of the rubber plug by the inner wall from the liquid touching surface side, and an upper side frame part, which holds them by the inner wall from the pincushion surface side, a laminate film, which heat melts, is disposed in the liquid touching surface of the rubber plug, in the peripheral part on the liquid touching surface side in the rubber plug, the surface in contact with the bottom frame part is fused by heat melting the laminate film, and further, in the peripheral part of the pincushion surface, the surface in contact with the upper side frame part touches in a non-fusing state.
