PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap which excellently secures sealing properties by having excellent adhesiveness between a rubber plug and an outer frame holding the periphery of the rubber plug by an inner wall, so as to eliminate the deviation of the rubber plug and the outer frame due to the insertion of a needle, and to provide a method for manufacturing the medical cap and a medical container provided with the medical cap.
SOLUTION: The medical cap comprises the rubber plug and the outer frame which is provided with a lower frame for holding the periphery of the rubber plug by the inner wall from the side of a liquid-contact surface and an upper frame for holding the periphery of the rubber plug by the inner wall from the side of a needle-insertion surface. The surface in contact with the lower frame at the periphery on the side of the liquid-contact surface of the rubber plug is softened and fused by contact with a fused resin when the lower frame is molded. The surface is in contact with the upper frame at the periphery of the needle-insertion surface while the surface is not fused. The liquid-contact surface of the rubber plug is held in the state of being recessed toward the center thereof by the pressure to the periphery on the side of the liquid-contact surface from the lower frame.
