PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower limb exercise device which has two or more degrees of freedom to follow movements of foot joints, is small-sized and lightweight, and is manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: A lower limb exercise device has plural sets of three-joint chain link mechanisms 4A, 4B which comprise four revolute pairs and are constituted of a lower side end part link 5, a central link 7, and an upper side end part link 6 by rotatably connecting the end part links 5, 6 to link hubs 2, 3 disposed on a lower side and an upper side and by rotatably connecting the end part links 5, 6 on the lower side and the upper side to the central link 7.
