The present invention relates to a retinal degenerated animal model by PDE6B gene deletion using the CRISPR-Cpf1 method and a method for producing the same. The retinal degenerated animal model according to the present invention can stably generate mutations because only specific target genes can be removed using gene scissors. It is also possible to produce an innate animal model through genetic manipulation at the embryonic stage rather than through acquired factors, thus it is possible to produce an animal model that exhibit symptoms of the disease uniformly without being affected by other factors.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 CRISPR-Cpf1 방법을 이용해 PDE6B 유전자가 결손된 망막 변성 동물 모델 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 망막 변성 동물 모델은 유전자 가위를 사용해 특이적으로 표적하는 유전자만이 제거될 수 있으므로 돌연변이 생성이 안정적으로 나타날 수 있다. 또한, 후천적인 요인이 아닌 배아 단계에서 유전자 조작을 통해 선천적인 동물 모델을 제조할 수 있어, 다른 요인에 영향을 받지 않고 균일하게 해당 질병의 증상을 나타내는 동물 모델을 제조할 수 있다.
