PURPOSE: A cultivation method of wood-cultivated ginseng is provided to improve the seed germination rate of the wood-cultivated ginseng in mountain soil. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of wood-cultivated ginseng comprises the following steps: digging humus soil from a sowing area； spraying a mineral composition on the dug-up location, and resting for 3-5 days before sowing seeds of the wood-cultivated ginseng； transplanting the wood-cultivated ginseng after 2-3 years by spraying a mixed composition on planned transplant areas, and deep ploughing the soil for 15-30 days for 8-10 times before planting the wood-cultivated ginseng； and spraying the mixed composition for twice a year for 3-4 years. The mineral composition contains calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, potassium compounds, and other compounds. The mixed composition contains the mineral composition, and an effective microorganisms activated solution.본 발명은 산양삼의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 산양삼의 산지토양에서 파종 시 산양삼의 종자 발아율을 높임과 동시에 옮겨심기 후 고사율을 낮추면서 산양삼의 주근 및 측근의 균형있는 발달을 높일 수 있는 산양삼의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 산양삼의 재배방법은 음력8월 말에서 9월 말 사이, 침엽수 또는 활엽수가 형성된 경사가 10~30도 내외이고, 부식질토층이 15cm 이상 형성되어 있고, 광도측정기로 9,000~15,000룩스(lux)의 광량이 나오는 산지토양에서 부식질토를 파낸 후 파낸 토양부분에 미네랄조성물을 1~3㎏/㎡을 살포 및 3일 내지 5일 방치 후 산양삼의 종자를 파종하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명에서는 산양삼의 파종 후 2년 내지 3년이 경과하면, 옮겨심기 예정지에 미네랄조성물 100 중량부에 대해 EM활성액 5 내지 30 중량부를 혼합한 혼합조성물을 1회 살포 후 30cm 이상의 깊이 갈이를 8회 내지 10회 실시하며, 상기 혼합조성물은 5~8㎏/㎡을 살포하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 산양삼의 옮겨심기 후 5개월 이후부터는 연2회씩 3년 내지 4년간 상기 혼합조성물을 5~8㎏/㎡ 살포하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
