The outer surface sheet is formed of thermoplastic synthetic fibers (90) and has a plurality of first welding parts (31) and a plurality of second welding part (32) that have mutually different shapes. The synthetic fiber includes a non-crimped non-conjugate fiber (92) and a conjugate fiber (91) having a crimpable property compared with the non-conjugate fiber.
