An extraction method for natural fiber comprises the steps of: obtaining natural fibrous material from kinds of vegetables, roots, mushrooms, and fruits that are washed providing a fine cutting operation to finely cut the natural fibrous material into fibrous particles with diameter less than 1 micrometer providing a juice-residue separation operation to filter the fibrous particles of diameter greater than 100 micrometers by a high-density screen providing a repeated filtering operation to utilize a clean water to repeatedly filter and wash the above-obtained fibrous particles several times providing a water-removing operation to use a centrifugal dehydration machine in combination with an oil hydraulic squeeze machine to perform dehydrating and squeezing treatments on the fibrous particles so as to possibly reduce water content of the fibrous particles in seconds, thereby obtaining the fibrous particles with high purity providing a baking dry operation to reduce water content of the pure fibrous particles at 3-5 weight percentage providing a high-temperature sterilization operation to sterilize the pure fibrous particles at a high temperature of 130 DEG C for 30 to 45 minutes and providing a pulverizing operation to pulverize the sterilized and pure fibrous particles.
