La solution proposée par l'invention est un appareil médical comprenant une feuille biodégradable dans laquelle une pluralité de trous traversants sont formés, la valeur du rapport (D/P) du diamètre de trou D à l'entraxe P des trous traversants étant commandée de manière à être dans la plage d'au moins 0,25 et inférieure à 40.
